Description :
  • Monitoring of Surveillance cameras to ensure security
  • Ensure that the control room and all equipment is maintained satisfactorily at all times by managing the Surveillance Equipment maintenance contract, ensuring that faults are remedied within the terms of the contract
  • Provide on time response to the client requirement for footage without any delay.
  • Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
  • Interface with ‘partners’ in order to ensure that service level agreements are achieved
  • Ensure that surveillance footage are stored securely under the Data Protection regulations and maintain the security of the control room environment.
  • Maintain close links with the Client's Control Room supervisor ensuring appropriate information is passed on by control room staff. Ensure that staff provide appropriate image-transfer to the client control room when circumstances dictate in order to ensure they have the necessary information to resource and manage incidents
  • Ensuring the working condition of remote location camera and followup of AMC with the service providers
  • Liaison with local service centers and 3rd party service providers for servicing remote location camera as necessary
  • Coordinate and communicate information to Managers.
  • To assist in the delivery of the objectives set out in the service and implementation plan.
  • To undertake all such duties and take on any other responsibilities as determined by the Organization which are commensurate with the nature of the post.

  • Ability to learn and be adaptable to changes in procedures and technology.
  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to act with tact, sensitivity and diplomacy.
  • Ability to monitor, maintain and improve present systems and practices.
  • Proven ability to assess and react quickly to situations as they unfold

Desired Profile:

  • Previous knowledge of working within a relevant environment, preferably IP camera monitoring and surveillance or CCTV
  • Willing to work in rotational shift
  • Able to handle multiple languages
