Description :
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solution
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Administer help desk software
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Inform management of recurring problems
  • Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
  • Strong English fluency (both written and verbal)
